At Horizon World Travel, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change, and cancellations may be necessary. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to our support team.

    • Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific terms of the travel package booked.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees.

    • No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  2. Cancellation by Horizon World Travel:

    • In rare cases where we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative booking of equivalent value.

    • If the cancellation is due to factors beyond our control (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), we will process refunds based on vendor policies.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

    • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

    • Transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.
