    • E-tickets, travel itineraries, and booking confirmations are sent via email within 24-48 hours of successful booking.

    • Customers should ensure that their provided email address is correct to avoid delivery issues.

  2. Physical Deliveries (If Applicable):

    • Travel-related merchandise, travel vouchers, or printed itineraries (if requested) will be shipped via a reliable courier service.

    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

    • Estimated delivery time varies based on the shipping location but generally ranges between 5-10 business days.

  3. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations.
